Take your Morning Tea break outside.

15 minutes at 10.30am

Have a break from the gym tonight. Get outside and exercise.

30 minutes at 6pm

Take the dog for a walk this afternoon.

Take your afternoon tea break outside.

15 minutes at 3pm

Don’t sit in the car and watch your kid’s sport. Cheer them on from the sideline.

45 minutes at 10am

Enjoy an outdoor breakfast.

30 minutes at 7.30am

Sitting behind glass, filters UV and affects Vitamin D production. You need to be outside.                         


Walk to work this morning

20 minutes at 8.00am
