Jude Bolton

"As an elite athlete I am incredibly aware of the need to look after my health. Exercise and good nutrition are critical to keeping in tip top shape.
As a new dad I am acutely aware of the need to look after the health and wellbeing of my family. Healthy Bones Australia is a great program that we can all use to help look after the bone health of not only ourselves but more importantly our kids."

A Dual Premiership Player (2005 & 2012) and Sydney Swan Legend, Jude Bolton played his first senior game for Sydney in 1999 and eventually represented the Swans 325 times

His contested ball winning, tackling and hardness at the contest were all areas in which he led the way for the Swans across his 15 year career. He was a member of the Sydney Swans leadership group from 2003 when he retired after the 2013 Preliminary Final.

Upon his retirement Jude held two AFL records - Most Tackles in a AFL Game (19 tackles vs West Coast) and Most Tackles laid in a VFL/AFL career, Jude capped off his career with the AFL Players Association Madden Medal and also the Philips Sports Dad of the Year in 2013.

Life after retirement continues to be busy for Jude, working closely with elite AFL talent at Players Ink in tandem with his media roles with Channel 7 and Triple M.

Jude leads by example both on and off the field. We hope that his commitment to Healthy Bones Australia will be a example of all Australian kids to start looking after their bone health.
