As one of Australia’s leading dietitians, Susie Burrell is known for her extensive backgrounds in nutrition and psychology, along with her practical approaches to diet, nutrition and wellbeing.

Susie has extensive experience working in a series of health and exercise settings. She started her work in media when she became spokesperson for the Dietitians Association of Australia. Since then she has been appearing regularly in various print and television media, commenting on all areas of diet, weight loss and nutrition.

Susie loves to write and has published three books; Losing the last 5kgLose Weight Fast and The Monday to Friday Diet. Her writing can also be seen in the Australian Women’s Weekly, Women’s Fitness, Woman’s Day, That’s Life, Men’s Fitness, Bicycling Australia and at Susie is the resident nutritionist on the Channel 7 top breakfast program Sunrise and she also regularly appears on Today Tonight.

Susie recently launched ‘Shape Me, the 30 day plan‘ – an online 30 Day Diet and Lifestyle Program which gives users direct access to Susie to support them with their weight loss goals

Additionally, Susie runs a busy practice at a leading sports medicine facility in Sydney.
