What's a Good Score?

Your aim is to achieve 5 from calcium + 5 from exercise + a sunshine tick every time you log in.

This means that you are:

    • Consuming your required amount of calcium on a regular basis
    • Undertaking appropriate weight bearing exercise for the required amount of time on a regular basis AND
    • Getting out in the sunshine for the required amount of time on a regular basis
When the slide bar on the dashboard totals 10 you've achieved your combined target for calcium and exercise. When it changes from red to blue you know you’re winning on the sunshine front too.

 

Let’s face it, we all have bad days and sometimes a score of 5 for calcium + 5 for exercise + a tick for sunshine may not be achievable.If you are regularly scoring 3 or less for the calcium and exercise components and/or failing to obtain a sunshine tick it would be wise to consult your GP or health professional.
